We're all familiar with stress. Sometimes a little too familiar. As well as being a common emotion to feel (and sometimes a useful one) it is also one of the most common causes of poor mental health.
In this latest episode Emily and Nathan unpack what stress is, and the difference between useful stress and pesky unhelpful stress. They'll also share the things that can help with stress and explore some useful tips form their professional experience as therapists, and their personal experiences. Including why we should do more pointless things to help combat stress.
